How can I add information about a friend photo when signing up?
You can edit your registration via the link in the registration confirmation email. Check the box for a friend photo if you want one to be taken, and save the changes. Please make a change before the shooting date. It is a good idea to write wishes about your friends and siblings on the form as well, if possible. There is no need to give a separate permission to shoot photos of friends and siblings, as their permission to shoot is generally included in the shooting permission given in the registration.
How can I choose products in the webshop?
You can select products by first clicking on the desired image. After this you will see a selection of products that are available from the image. Select a product to edit it, and add it to your cart.
I can’t see all my photos in the webshop?
For example, a photographer may have taken pictures with another photo code if your registration information was not found during the photoshooting. If you have not received a link in your email to see all the photos, please contact our customer service.
I didn’t have time to sign up for the photo shoot, what do I do?
You can also register for the shoot afterwards, as registration will remain open after the rest of the day’s shooting. Registration must therefore be made as soon as possible with the photo code, which can be found on the registration form received from the photographer after the photoshoot.
The registration data and photos are combined according to the photo code in our production afterwards.
Where do I find my photo code?
Your individual photo code can be found on the registration form or in the photoshooting publication notice that you received in your e-mail after the images were published in the online store.
